Dinner After Polo Hamptons: A Bridgehampton Restaurant Near the Match

Polo Hamptons wraps its 2026 match on July 25, and if you’re spending the day at the Hamptons Polo Club, the question that matters most by early evening isn’t who won the chukker. It’s where you’re eating after. Nourish, the Bridgehampton restaurant just minutes from the grounds, is built for exactly that handoff: match day into dinner, without losing the elevation of either.

The Table, Two Minutes Away

You don’t need a plan B for after-polo dinner. Nourish sits on Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, minutes from the Hamptons Polo Club—a Bridgehampton restaurant close enough that the drive over barely counts as a transition. The property seats 120 guests across three distinct settings: a 70-seat main dining room, a 20-seat bar, and a 30-seat outdoor garden, all built around exposed wood, warm timber, and natural materials that let in the last of the July light. Whether the plan is the dining room for a proper sit-down dinner, the bar for something faster, or the garden for the evening air, all three are ready before you’ve finished changing out of your boots.

What’s on the Table

Chef Dewa Wijaya runs the kitchen the same way he ran COMO Shambhala Estate and COMO Parrot Cay before this: seasonal, East End-sourced, and quietly disciplined. Late July on the menu means dishes like the Crispy Montauk Sea Bass with local asparagus, the 20oz Grilled Ribeye with black garlic sauce, and the Nourish Summer Salad built from heirloom tomato, beet, corn, and citrus dressing. It’s food that reads casual on the page and eats considerably more precise on the plate, built from Acabonac Farms beef, Balsam Farms produce, and whatever Gosman’s brought in that morning.

The Bar

Takuma Watanabe, the Tokyo-born bartender behind Martiny’s, named #15 of North America’s Best Bars in 2025 and a 2025 James Beard semifinalist, created the cocktail program behind the bar. It’s his first Hamptons residency, and like Chef Dewa’s kitchen, it follows the East End’s growing season: locally foraged botanicals, fruit from Long Island orchards, produce from the same farms supplying the kitchen. If your polo afternoon started with a Pimm’s Cup at the club, it can end with something considerably more interesting.

Reserve Before Kickoff

Polo Hamptons runs July 18 to 25. Nourish takes reservations via Resy and OpenTable, or by phone or text at (631) 600-8852. Worth locking in before the week fills up, especially if the plan is dinner straight from the grounds.
